Estos equipos generan su propio calor interno debido a las p\u00e9rdidas en la conmutaci\u00f3n de los transistores IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors) y las p\u00e9rdidas por calor en los condensadores del bus de CC. Si el entorno no permite una disipaci\u00f3n eficiente de este calor, la acumulaci\u00f3n es inevitable.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-4427400\" id=\"mecanismos-de-dano-por-calor\" data-block-id=\"4427400\"><style>.stk-4427400 {margin-bottom:20px !important;}<\/style><h3 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">Mecanismos de da\u00f1o por calor<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.469), 20px);\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Degradaci\u00f3n de Semiconductores:<\/strong> Los IGBTs tienen l\u00edmites de temperatura de uni\u00f3n muy estrictos (a menudo entre 125\u00b0C y 150\u00b0C como m\u00e1ximo). Operar cerca o por encima de este l\u00edmite, incluso por microsegundos, puede provocar fugas t\u00e9rmicas y la destrucci\u00f3n inmediata del semiconductor. A largo plazo, el calor constante provoca la fatiga de las uniones de soldadura debido a los ciclos t\u00e9rmicos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Falla de Condensadores Electrol\u00edticos:<\/strong> Estos son el \u00abtal\u00f3n de Aquiles\u00bb de la vida \u00fatil de los VFD. Contienen un electrolito l\u00edquido o gel que se evapora gradualmente con el calor. Seg\u00fan la regla de Arrhenius, por cada 10\u00b0C que aumenta la temperatura de operaci\u00f3n por encima de su temperatura nominal, la vida \u00fatil del condensador se reduce a la mitad. Sin embargo, la humedad no solo se refiere a fugas directas de l\u00edquidos; la humedad relativa del aire es igual de peligrosa, especialmente cuando se combina con fluctuaciones de temperatura.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-2e4a0af\" id=\"como-la-humedad-afecta-los-pc-bs\" data-block-id=\"2e4a0af\"><h3 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">C\u00f3mo la humedad afecta los PCBs<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.469), 20px);\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Condensaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Cuando el aire caliente y h\u00famedo de la f\u00e1brica entra en contacto con las superficies fr\u00edas internas del variador (por ejemplo, despu\u00e9s de una parada nocturna), el agua se condensa. Esta agua l\u00edquida puede cortocircuitar pistas de control sensibles, provocando comportamientos err\u00e1ticos o da\u00f1os catastr\u00f3ficos si llega a las etapas de potencia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dendritas y Crecimiento Electrol\u00edtico:<\/strong> La combinaci\u00f3n de humedad y voltaje provoca un fen\u00f3meno llamado crecimiento de dendritas. Estas part\u00edculas flotan en el aire e ingresan a los variadores a trav\u00e9s de la ventilaci\u00f3n. Al acumularse sobre los PCBs, pueden cerrar cortocircuitos de alta potencia, provocando fallas espectaculares con arco el\u00e9ctrico.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Falla de Ventiladores:<\/strong> El polvo abrasivo o pegajoso atasca los rodamientos de los ventiladores de refrigeraci\u00f3n.
